Well, it’s funny. Last week, I asked our War Room blog readers for restaurant suggestions in the downtown Vancouver area. A Greek restaurant in Yaletown was recommended, and tonight, we decided, was the night to try it out. They don’t deliver and its not within walking distance, but we were prepared to drive over and pick it up as a public service to you, our Team BC War Room readers.

Hey guys... I'll call Sonny over at OPA! and ask if he can do a "mercy delivery/care package"... lol... We use a delivery service at our location here (Bullet Delivery), but I'm sure there are others too.
Keep on the Harper economist angle. Conservatives ARE the WORST FISCAL MANAGERS in the past 75 years in Canada - and we need to point that out... shed the old fallacy about their so-called "fiscal prowess"...
And what about the billions of dollars Dion is promising? And he won't rule out going into a deficit. That's fiscal mismanagement at it's best.
We can't afford a Liberal government. Then add the Green Shaft to the equation and Canada will be in the hole big time.
Given that it's always the Liberals that come in and clean-up Conservative messes, and the Liberals that tamed the deficit, balanced the budget, and turned a huge surplus (since squandered by Flaherty and Harper) over to the Cons, our fiscal credentials are far stronger that those of Harper, who has led the highest spending government in Canadian history.
Opa's was the recommended one, we'll give it another try tonite.
Just responding to the headline... I always wonder at Harper's effectively selling himself as an economist. I have the same educational background as him (an MA in Economics) and believe me, that's not enough to make someone an economist, particularly with the lack of real-world exposure you get in a typical Economics graduate program.
