Paul Martin lives on in cyberspace

He's (kind of) gone but he's not forgotten. I wonder how long it will take for them to re-register the domain? Will we get billgraham.ca, or maybe we can just forego the personality cult and revert to liberal.ca?

I don't get it. liberal.ca still is and ever was.

paulmartin.ca also points to liberal.ca. This isn't my area of technology so I may not have some of the terms right, but when you surf the web you do it from a domain that is visible to counters at the sites you visit. Usually it's your isp, like shaw.ca or rogers.com. For a company it would be something like boeing.com. Government ministeries are gc.ca or are ministry specific, Hill offices parl.gc.ca.

The LPC's domain is paulmartin.ca, and that's what shows up when people in the party office, research bureau, and so on surf the web.

A technical thing I guess, I just find it amusing.
