:). Is it me or does anyone else find his intonation odd? Obviously, I am not referring to this vid, just in general.
Most of us raise our voice (lilt) when asking a question, but he modulates that way when stating fact, (his fact's, lol).
Perhap's it's just me, but listen to any speech, it is odd.
He has always come off as rather arrogant and condescending to me, perhaps that's the lilt.
