And I bet the conversation goes like this:
"You IDIOT! My job is supposed to be CEREMONIAL!" (slap!)
Given that she has the coalition statement in hand, If Harper requests she prorogue Parliament, he reply, hopefully, would be to say "Sure... if you can demonstrate you have the confidence of the House."
Harper can then either do the vote, or replace her.
