This actually doesn't surprise me. He shows up late for events, and the kids are kept standing there without food or water, sometimes for hours.
Can't figure out if they are passing out or going to sleep. I suppose either is possible when Stephen Harper speaks.

In Lawrence Martin's "Harperland", Rod Love had said that it was painful to watch Harper try to work a room. I now see why.
And now the PMO and the conbots are making lemonade out of it by exploiting & embarrassing the kid further with this creepy 'after' shot to show how much he really cares.
