Donate $20.10, and send a message to Stephen Harper on proroguing parliament

Here's a great way to send a message to Stephen Harper that you don't get to take two months off with pay for the Olympics, and you don't think our MPs should be able to either: Make a $20.10 donation (or $210.0 if you prefer) to the Liberal Party of Canada, or your local Liberal riding association, today.

It's also coming to the end of 2009, so tomorrow is your last chance to get your end of year donations in to have them count for the 2009 tax year, so you can get the deductions back on your income tax in a few months. If it's your first donation of the year, a $20.10 donation could cost you just $5.03.

I just made my $20.10 donation. And it'd be great to send a message by seeing lots of other $20.10 donations in the Q4 numbers. So go to the Liberal Web site today and make your donation to send a message to the Harper Conservatives that ordinary Canadians don't get to take the Olympics off, so neither should he!

P.S. If you support one of the other opposition parties, I'm sure you could send $20.10 their way too. :)

Good idea if anyone has an extra 20.00 left over this year 2009.
I can't believe the support this yellow bellied bully and dictator is getting from his supporters but reading some of their comments, I have to say they are suffering the same condition. Bullies, brain dead and easily lead and I think I'll just quit there.

March 4th 2010 can't come soon enough for me. Okay Libs, start spending some money and start using the paid media to air out Harpers inadequacies. It may take quite a few dollars to air them all as Harper has a sorrid past with all sorts of broken promises and scams etc. It makes Ad Scam look lie peanuts in comparisons.

Happy New Year to all and especially to the brain dead Con supporters who can't seem to have any reasoning skills what so ever to use.

And what will happen? Iggy first put Harper on probation and then said he did not want an election...

So much for being in the opposition...

If anyone should be sending a message it's Iggy and a coalition... maybe then I'd donate again...

People want to see the games in Vancouver not Ottawa.

You Liberals will never learn.

I was ready to donate my $20.10, but the site insists on having my phone number. Sorry, but I do not want telemarketing calls from the LPC seeking more donations.

So tjeerd you support a two-month paid vacation for our politicians so they can watch a two-week sporting event? I think Canadians, who don't get to take the next two months off with pay, think that's pretty stupid.

Brammer, I sure you could put a false number in the field if you wanted. 555-5555.
