(Video) Obama has no time for Stephen Harper

Canada is back? Clearly, the word has gotten out in Washington, where Stephen Harper's 42-minute visit to the White House with Barrack Obama is being treated by the administration as a blow-off meeting before lunch.

With so many serious and important issues in the Canada's relationship with the US, we can't afford to have a leader that's just not taken seriously. (Clearly the money on McCurry and Fleischer was well-spent.)

We might get more respect if we had a Prime Minister who spent a significant amount of time working with the Democrats in Washington on health reform issues.

I hope that money was well spent, as you and I, as taxpayers, paid for the two.

Obama is a leader; Harper isn't.

Obama is a team leader; Harper isn't.

Obama inspires his people; Harper doesn't.

Obama has a majority government: Harper keeps failing to form one.

Obama is trying to pass the most imporant heathcare bill ever. He is busy. This is no offence.

What makes you think this is a snub?

He was officially greeted at the White House steps by the Vice President. No? The Secretary of State? No? The Deputy Secretary of State? Still no? The Speaker of the House, the Majority Leader in the Senate or the House? No, no and no? Hmmmm.

They were going to talk about the economy, the border, Afghanistan and trade barriers so how about the Secretary of the Treasury, Defence, Commerce, Homeland Security, Environment, Trade, Energy? No, no, no, no, no, no and no?

Any of their deputies? Please? Damn.

Well, how about his Chief of Staff at the White House? Not even?

Ms Obama? At least? No?

Alright then, how about someone with some expertise on greeting and wafer receiving protocols, like the Chief of Protocol? Not even him?

His deputy? N-... wha? You mean, yes?!?! The Prime Minister of Canada, the "best friend and closest economic partner of the United States", gets the privileged of being welcomed on his first visit to the White House by the... Deputy Chief of Protocol?!?!

Oh yeah, baby. Canada is so back!

Oh, wait, you were talking about CANADA's leader, right? Sorry, I got confused.
